I am an Orgranizational Development consultant and work for an aerospace & defense company. We just started to use NPS as a way of measuring customer satisfaction for internal services to our clients. Is there any industry data on NPS for this industry and is there any data for consulting services or professional service companies that we could compare our internal results to? Thanks.
