Hi Folks,
I was just wondering if any of you have had to deal with objections and arguments about requiring more data from the surveys you do.
The particular objection I am hearing is that a single NPS question survey, or even a 5-7 'post transaction' survey is not enough and "we need more data". The particular scenario we are discussing right now is a 5-7 question 'post transaction' survey (including the ultimate question) and a larger survey tailored to larger customer engagements or strategic customers.
I understand the point of increasing customer loyalty using NPS practices and closing the loop on detractor/passive comments... and am fine presenting this side of a discussion, but just wondering how others have dealt with these kind of objections?
Many thanks for any insight to how others may have dealt with this with multiple surveys, or objection handling.
